How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed via the App Store (iOS), cancel through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LoveSpot. For subscriptions purchased on our website, email support@lovespotapp.com and we'll cancel it within 24 hours.
My premium features aren't showing after payment. What do I do?
Try logging out and back in — your subscription should sync automatically. If the issue persists within 30 minutes of purchase, email support@lovespotapp.com with your user ID and payment receipt.
How do I report a user or abusive content?
You can report directly in the app by tapping the three-dot menu on any profile or message. For urgent safety concerns, email support@lovespotapp.com with "Safety Report" in the subject line.
I was charged but my payment didn't go through. What now?
Charges that appear but don't activate usually reverse within 5–7 business days. Email support@lovespotapp.com with your payment reference and we'll look into it urgently.
Can I get a refund?
For App Store purchases, refunds are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases (Stripe/Paystack), contact us at support@lovespotapp.com within 7 days of purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This will permanently delete your profile, matches, and messages. This action is irreversible.
